The idea of our start-up was simple.

Bringing together experts for ip in the media business, to create legal security for our international clients, who are working in different countries at the same time.

Founded 2015 in London, we decided to move to Cyprus, because of the Cyprus Tax Rules for IP.

Fast we realized another demand of agencies and productions: Employment contracting, transfer of buyout rights, pre-financing of fees, cashless payment, direct-invoicing to the customer, with all these different tax-rules in the world. So we decided to come up with better solutions....
